JEFF
Fitness can and should be a part of
your life. I have always strived to teach my clients how
to realistically incorporate health and fitness into
their busy lifestyles. My belief is that with the right
approach any person can become a regular exerciser and
enjoy the short and long term benefits of exercise. Life
is full of obstacles and I have always taught my clients
how to overcome those challenges and find a realistic
spot for fitness in their lives.
In my 18+ years in the fitness world I
have worked with an incredible range of clients from
college athletes to seniors and everyone in between. I
have been fortunate enough to help people make amazing
changes in their lives. I have trained people who were
rehabilitating injuries and others who had physical
limitations to overcome. I have also helped clients
train for athletic events and women achieve their
fitness goals after pregnancy. The strength of my
experience lies in the diversity of clients I have
worked with and gives me the ability to train clients
specific to their needs.
